Dog Breath and Exercise

We enjoyed another nice day with my parents. My dad, the kids, and I walked down the road to a pond and fed bread to the sunfish. K. got tired on the way back (because she insisted on wearing a sweatshirt), but didn't complain much, and I didn't carry her (since I can once again walk upright, and I'm enjoying it). Dad had me doing his back exercises with him again tonight, and, as he does every time my back goes wonky, he reminded me that if I would faithfully do The Exercises, my back would be more flexible and less prone to wonkiness. K. finds the sight of the two of us doing exercises pretty amusing, and Bo Loves it when people lie on their backs on the floor. He stood over me, breathing hot fish breath in my face, which resulted in an abbreviated exercise session.

The picture is of K. and her Paba telling each other tall tales.

That sounds just like my dad! Him and his back exercises- always telling me to make sure I do them, blah, blah, blah. ;)

So far, I don't have too much trouble with my back. If it happens, though, you will find me on the floor as well! ;)
