My aunt and uncle from Pennsylvania came to visit on Sunday. They left after breakfast today, but not before playing many games of checkers and Round the Castle with Katie. They brought chocolate and cheese (and moisturizing soap for Ed!), and Katie impressed them (in what way I will leave to your imagination) with her chocolate eating. The kids Adore them, and Ed and I had a great time talking religion, politics, food, family, homeschooling, and books (I think that covers all the important stuff) with them. It was a really fun weekend!
Katie and Aunt Jeanne didn't really play LOTR Monopoly, but my aunt did get the pleasure of picking up all the pieces anyway after Katie spilled the box.

Company is fun. I wish we had more space for people to stay - if we had company now, they'd have to sleep in the barn! ;)
