Monday

We actually studied Esther, Xerxes, and the Persian empire last week, but what with the NC homeschool convention on Thursday (I just went to the book fair, which was plenty of excitement for me) and my being sick on Friday, the Hamantaschen (to go along with studying Purim) didn't get baked until today. We started in on the Athenians and Spartans today, but looked fondly back on Esther and wicked old Haman as we munched our cookies.
