No, spring must be very close given the evidence in your picture.
And it is a good thing. A very good thing. It is something that will give us hope through the last snows and blusters of winter.
Oh man! I am sitting here this morning, waiting for another 6-8 inch snowfall to arrive.
I sure wish I was watching my tulips instead! :)
