As Good As It Gets

The pageant was perfect! Utterly wonderful.
Travis was good and not a bit goofy. He ended up front and center up front -- right in back of "Jesus," and Mary and Joseph -- and he stood up straight! He "conducted" a bit during some of the carols, but I don't think he realized he was doing it, and it wasn't Really noticeable. Katie decided to be an angel, and she Went Through With It. I was amazed! She was a little nervous at first, but, by the time the angels walked up to the front of the church (accidentally Ahead of the shepherds, but who cares?) she was just fine! She seemed to get a little fatigued after a while, and was leaning on the altar rail, but she was perfect. She was so proud of herself, too!
I love my kids!
