New Speech Therapist

K. had her first meeting with her new speech therapist today. Miss Amber quit a few weeks ago, when she had her baby, and at first we were told that K. was going to be dropped from their program, since they were having a hard time finding a new therapist and K.'s need was less desperate than some of their other patients. Happily, though, they found a new person, and K. is back to her regular schedule. She cried hysterically all the way to the office, but when she met the nice young therapist, Miss Angie, she took to her right away. By the time the session was over, she was having such a good time playing with the toys (new therapist, new toys) that she didn't want to leave. What a relief!
