No Cavities!

The kids went to the dentist for the first time since we moved, and everything was good! We had to drive 45 minutes to get a pediatric dentist's office, but it was Completely worth it. The office, the staff, and the dentist were just as friendly and gentle as could be, the kids got prizes, toothbrushes (great little dental hygiene "goody bags"), etc., and we (Ed and I) were treated nicely too. Both kids got good reports on their brushing, and neither had any cavities (which I consider a minor miracle, considering that neither is a devoted tooth brusher at all). The dentist did suggest sealants for their molars, so we are going back in September for those, but otherwise they are good for another six months. Hooray!
