It snowed today. Not a whole lot. But still.... It's April, for crying out loud! And the lawn needs mowing.
On the plus side, there was a big flock of goldfinches at the feeder today, and plenty of cardinals, tufted titmice, and chickadees mixed in. That I like.
Oh, and I've been meaning to post a picture of my new white board.
Isn't it great? It is about 7 1/2' x 4'. Which means lots of space to diagram sentences, decline and conjugate Latin, work math problems, and draw cartoons. With an emphasis on the cartoons. It is really shower board (tile board?) -- the stuff you can buy at Lowes for $16 for a 4' x 8' sheet -- and it scratches very easily and requires Expo spray cleaner, but it has really jazzed up our school lately!
