Last night we had a lovely cold watermelon for dessert and practiced spitting the seeds. The kids couldn't manage to spit more than a couple feet, but they worked hard to improve. Travis's technique involved getting a running start and leaping -- a bit unorthodox, and not very effective, but amusing to watch!
We are still listening to the Deathly Hallows, and Katie has been busily making more Harry Potter figures. Here is Winky.
